WHAT WE DO

Operations is the backbone of SUAVE, ensuring that vision translates into execution with precision. The division connects logistics, sponsorship, marketing, and member support, creating the structures that allow our projects to succeed. From coordinating events and partnerships to maintaining SUAVE’s public presence and culture, Operations provides the framework that keeps the society organised, cohesive, and future-focused.

MARKETING

Marketing defines how SUAVE is seen: clear, consistent, and on-brand. The division combines strategy, creativity, and communication to showcase our work, culture, and ambition. Through design, storytelling, and digital platforms, Marketing ensures that SUAVE’s message reaches the target audiences with impact.

Social Media and Graphic Design

  • This team builds SUAVE’s visual and digital identity. From campaigns and promotional content to merchandise and branding, they craft material that is polished, recognisable, and representative of who we are.

Photography

  • Photography documents the milestones and spirit of SUAVE. Each image captures not only our technical progress but also the people and culture driving it, providing a lasting record of our journey.

Web Design

  • The website is SUAVE’s digital front door. The Web Design team ensures it is professional,
    accessible, and always up to date, presenting our work and achievements to the wider
    community.

SPONSORSHIP

Sponsorship builds the partnerships that sustain SUAVE’s growth. The team secures funding, resources, and recognition by working with industry leaders, university bodies, and external organisations. More than financial support, these partnerships create opportunities for collaboration, visibility, and professional development, connecting SUAVE with the broader aerospace and engineering ecosystem.

events and logistics

Events & Logistics designs and delivers the spaces where SUAVE comes together. From Launch Night and fundraising to workshops and briefings, they manage both strategy and detail to ensure events run seamlessly. Their work fosters cohesion within the team while strengthening SUAVE’s presence beyond it.

Human Resources

HR & Content Writing combines two essential functions: supporting our people and shaping our voice. HR strengthens culture through onboarding, wellbeing, and interpersonal support, while also contributing to Marketing by developing newsletters, articles, and written content. Together, the team aligns SUAVE’s internal values with its external presence.
